"I was excited to stay in one of the Ritz-Carlton resorts as I was told that they are one the best, however I was disappointed to see so many things that were not in standard. First, the mosquitoes in the premises were out of control. Second, the waiting time to get your food order was enough to make one walked out witout eating. Third, the wifi issue was beyond disappointment. We were unable to watch TV as it keeps loading every 5 minutes. The only good experience we had was one of the waiter...

"We arrived and Angie took us on a tour of the property as if we were staying in her home. Everything you want is readily available. Snorkels, towels, beach chairs, coolers. She even has hats and books in her office. The beauty of St. John is that it is unplugged. It’s like going back in time… and the St. John Inn matches the feel of the town. Thank you Angie!"

"We didn't spend a lot of time on the resort (mostly at beaches around the island), but it was a great resort. It was nice to come back after a long beach day and relax in the pool before changing and catching a taxi to dinner. The taxis hangout on property, making it easy to catch a ride into town for dinner (Morgan's Mango and The Banana Deck were our favorites)."

"We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative."

"We arrived there a day later and they canceled our reservation and even though we try to rebook and pay, the system was down and they they could not accept any payment from us. Neither give us a room so we had to book in a nearby smaller hotel. Complete mess."
